Tax Payers.lk maintains strict professional secrecy regarding all client tax records, financial statements, RAMIS portal data, and operational documents. Information submitted during online booking or direct consultation is handled in accordance with Sri Lanka professional accounting standards.
2. Online Tax Consultation Terms
Online tax consultations provide direct professional clarification based on facts provided by the client. Formal tax return filings, audit representations, or appeals before the Inland Revenue Department require separate engagement agreements.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
